In order to avoid excessive pressure here, a piece is often dug out on the mat at the corresponding place to allow the ischial tuberosity to be elevated. When digging, the front should be 2.5 cm in front of the ischial tubercle, and the side should be 2.5 cm outside the ischial tubercle. At 5cm, the depth is about 7.5cm.
