Electric wheelchair troubleshooting

Electric wheelchairs will inevitably fail during use. When purchasing electric wheelchairs, you should pay attention to whether there is a manufacturer's warranty and whether there is after-sales maintenance service. It is recommended that you buy products from regular manufacturers and have after-sales service guarantees. Don't buy cheap products with no factory address, no factory standard, no certificate of conformity and unreliable quality.

In the following cases:

1. Unable to charge normally

  an examination:

*The charger and fuse are normal.

*The charging cable is connected correctly.

  analyze:

*It may be that the battery is over-discharged, please extend the charging time, if it still cannot be fully charged, please replace the battery.

*May be the battery is broken or aged, please replace it.

2. Press the power switch, the power indicator does not light up

  an examination:

*Is the battery charged?

* Whether the overload protection of the battery box is cut off and popped up.

  analyze:

*If it is the former, please charge it, if it is the latter, just press it.

3. After the power switch is turned on, the indicator is also displayed normally, but the electric wheelchair still cannot be started

  an examination:

*Whether the clutch is in the position of "In-gear ON".

4. When the car is going, the speed is not coordinated and the stop and go.

  an examination:

*Whether the tire pressure is sufficient.

*Whether the motor is overheated, there is noise or other abnormal phenomena.

  analyze:

*May be the power cord is loose. The controller is damaged, please return to the factory for replacement.

5. Brake is invalid

  an examination:

*Whether the clutch is in the position of "In-gear ON".

*Whether the controller "joystick" bounces back to the middle position normally.

  analyze:

*May be the brake or clutch is damaged, please return to the factory for replacement.
