What problems are prone to occur in poor quality wheelchairs

1. The structural strength of the seat is poor. It is mainly manifested in three aspects: one is that the quality of the multi-layer boards used in the wooden structure is poor, and the wood boards are broken or peeled off during the strength test; the other is that the metal hinges suitable for folding seats have low mechanical strength, and the metal hinges are severely deformed during the strength test or fall off. The third is that due to insufficient tensile strength and toughness of the material, the artificial leather soft seat surface was torn and damaged during the strength test.

2. The sliding offset of the wheelchair exceeds the standard, that is, it is off track. The standard stipulates that the offset should be less than or equal to 350mm.

3. The wheel is not well grounded. Like this may be difficult to control automatic reversing in use and driving process, brings trouble and hidden danger to the user.
